This print was inspired by Rumi's quote "With life as short as a half taken breath, don't plant anything but love." To make the image I cut letters and images from brown paper bags with an x-acto knife and glued them to a piece of white paper.
After my prototype was created I made polymer plates of the image and printed them on a Vandercook Universal 1 in Athens, Georgia with Smokey Road Press.
