Inspired by the pink periwinkle flowers and yellow snapdragons blooming in my garden, Grace and Light began as an observational drawing. I carved the drawing into the surface and then painted it, allowing the delicate forms of the flowers to emerge through both line and color. The work celebrates the quiet beauty, grace, and light found in the garden.
Finished with an archival varnish and ready to hang
